- Rend Lake Construction - Rehabilitation of Recreation Areas and Facility Maintenance, Rend Lake, IL. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and materials, necessary to perform rehabilitation of recreation areas and facilities maintenance in accordance with the specifications. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 237990 and the size standard is $33,500,000. The resulting award will be firm fixed priced delivery order Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract. The contract period will be for a base and two option years. Award will be based on the lowest priced responsive, responsible bidder. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and a public bid opening will be held. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 19 April 10. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov./. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on FedBizOpps. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests, for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at the St. Louis Contracting Division Home page at http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/ct/ct/htm and/or at www.fedbizopps.gov./ in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. All interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and have completed On-Line Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) in order to receive a contract award.
