- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): TranSystems Corporation, W91238-09-C-0024-P00001, Napa River This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. This is an award of a modification to an existing contract for the current contractor to provide Construction Support services for the Napa River Flood Protection Project, Napa Valley Wine Train (NVWT) Phase II Relocation, Napa, CA. The A-E shall perform Optional Task 1 in order to provide additional Construction Support services.
