Description: RECOVERY: The Lincoln National Forest plans to construct a vista at the Mexican Canyon Trestle near Cloudcroft, New Mexico. The work will consist of : site preparation; roadway realignment; parking lot construction; construction of a barrier between the parking lot and highway; vegetative buffer; erosion control; traffic control; signing and stripping; vista site work; a pedestrian walkway; observation deck and interpretive structure; trail construction and interpretive signs.
