- Description
- Attached is the solicitation for the Nevada Air Guard's food service requirement. The Contractor will provide all labor and expertise necessary to perform the services listed in the Statement of Work, i.e. cleaning of dining hall and equipment, dishwashing, busing tables, replenishing supplies, preparation of food, etc. The contractor must furnish one supervisor/manager to supervise mess attendants and cooks and perform quality control functions, identify deficiencies and correct as necessary. The facility serves on average 400-450 meals per day. This number may increase to 500 during Holiday meals. Questions will be answered on a routine basis and posted on this site as an attachment. Please submit all questions in the format illustrated in the solicitation (Page 53). Questions will be accepted until April 15, 2010. A site visit may be arranged upon request but attendance will not be mandatory for award. All contractors submitting bids must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and On-line Certification and Representations Application (ORCA) sites. All contract payments will be accomplished utilizing WAWF. CCR registration is available at www.ccr.gov. WAWF registration is available at www.wawf.eb.mil. Quotes will be due 20 April 2010. Proposed contract period is one base year and 4 option years, with an anticipated award date of 30 April 2010.
