Description

The purpose of this modification is to issue clarifications. 1. Proposals must include the following:a) SF-1442 Solicitation, Offer and Award - Complete Blocks 14 through 20C. Section 19 must indicate acknowledgement of all modifications. As of March 30 modifications 1 and 2 have been issued. b) Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices - Submit a Bid Schedulec) Section J Attachments - Form 1 2. IAW FAR 28.102-3 and due to the estimated value of this project no bid guarantee or performance or payment bonds are required. Alternative Payment Protections equal to 100% of the award value will be required IAW FAR 52.228-13. See section I.12 of attached clauses. 3. Clauses are changed as follows:a) Item B.1, Bid Schedule, is changed to add identification of paint and carpet proposed by the offeror. b) Item L.3, Delete clause 52.225-10 Notice of Buy American Act Requirement - Construction Materials. This is addressed under Item L.4, clause 52.225-22, c) Add clause 52.216-01, Type of Contract.e) Item L.7, Alterations in Solicitation, is changed.
