Description

The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke AFB, AZ, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order Sunset Air, Inc., 20634 N 28th St Suite 185, Phoenix, AZ, 85050-4632, to provide and install chiller tower conductivity controllers to replace the currently installed proprietary controllers.. This contract action will be accomplished using other than competitive procedures because a statute exists that expressly authorizes or requires that the acquisition be made from a specific source; specifically a sole source award under the 8(a) Program. Per FAR 6.302-5 a J&A is not required for this award.. The anticipated award date is 09 Apr 10. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed requirement is solely at the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
