- RECOVERY-THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED IN WHOLE BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA). This synopsis is for the purpose of announcing the following requirement in the Modoc National Forest: Project 1: Willow Creek Campground Well – This project consists of drilling a well to attain 2 to 5 gallons per minute, installing 6” steel well casing, and seal. Develop and perform yield and draw down test. Furnish and install a solar pump system with solar array and controller. Furnish and Install a 1,000 gallon water storage tank with water line to connect the existing water system. Project 2: Howard’s Gulch Pump Replacement – Furnish and install a submersible pump, drop pipe, and diesel electric generator to provide water at Howard’s Gulch Campground. The government estimate for this project is less than $100,000. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The full solicitation and specifications will be released and posted to the FBO website (www.fbo.gov) on or about April 5, 2010 All proposals must be provided via the www.fbo.gov website. This requirement is a total small business set-aside.
