- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROCUREMENT. PURSUANT TO FAR 52.204-11, AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER BY APRIL 1, 2010 AND FILE THEIR FIRST REPORT BY APRIL 10, 2010, AT WWW.FEDERALREPORTING.GOV. This modification provides ARRA funding for services required under the CMS IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) function to document existing and future HITECH Systems impact on the Medicare, Title XVIII, ARRA Project #8300 and to evaluate the systems impact of the proposed HITECH policies/processes on the Medicare program ARRA project # 8301.
