- The Regional Contracting Office, National Capital Region, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for a hosted web-based server that can provide the following capabilities: the most current Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) requirements and standards within predesigned templates and the ability to update as required aligning with changes in SACS expectations; ability to customize website digital graphics, layout, and navigation. The period of performance consists of a one (1) year base period, and four (4) one (1) year option periods commencing approximately 01May 2010. The quantity and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is in the next 30 days on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) (www.neco.navy.mil/). A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement will be awarded as a 100% small business set aside; using NAICS code 518210/$25.0 Million size standard. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link (NECO) frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFQ and amendments, if any. The solicitation will identify how the Regional Contracting Office will address questions.
