Theproposed contract action is for supplies or services for which theGovernment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source underthe authority of FAR 6.302. Qualification Requirements, QR's, do notapply. A determination by the Government not to compete with thisproposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely withinthe discretion of the Government. Information received will normally beconsidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct acompetitive procurement.
