- The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), has a need for services in support of the Environmental Laboratory (EL), US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) at the Waterways Experiment Station (WES) in Vicksburg, MS. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in the near future detailing requirements for 3 Fish holding tanks. Vendor will provide labor, materials, and supplies to install 3 fish holding tanks on site at ERDC. This requirement is scheduled to be an Firm Fixed Price Contract. Detailed specifications will be available on the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 26 March 2010. Hardcopies will not be available. Offerers should check the FedBizOpps web page often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 327215 with a size standard of 500 employees. No technical questions will be considered prior to the release of the solicitation.
