- Price Schedule Attachment B Statement of Work Attachment A Customs and Border Protection needs to acquire services for Maintenance Agreement for Two Generators at US Border Patrol, Ramey Sector Headquarters in accordance with Statement of Work (attachment A of this document). The address for this facility is: US Border Patrol Ramey Sector Headquarters 722 Belt Road Ramey Aquadilla, PR 00603 Information to be Provided to the Government The Government asks that you please provide the following information via email or fax to Caroline Manning by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Please submit all requested information to Caroline at caroline.r.manning@dhs.gov or (915) 724-3335. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) anticipates issuing one (1) purchase order for this requirement. As a result, the Government asks that the contractor provide the following information in response to this Request for Quotation: Price Schedule (Attachment B of this Document) Duns Numer Federal Tax ID Number Evaluation Criteria The Government will review all timely and complete contractor responses to this Request for Quotation and award a purchase order to the one (1) vendor that represents the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. Due Date for Request for Quotations All responses to this Request for Quotation shall be provided via email to the attention of Caroline Manning at the following email address: caroline.r.manning@dhs.gov. All responses must be received by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Wednsday, March 24, 2010.
