- RECOVERY: CHCU - PMIS# 154916; Rehab Maintenance Shop and Storage Buildings at Chaco Culture National Historic Park, Nageezi, NM, 87037. This project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS AWARDED A CONTRACT UNDER SOLICITATION NO. N1212090088 (Contract Nos.: C1274090112 - AAK - De Los Santos Construction; C1274090114 - Leetex/Hill & Wilkinson, LLC; C1274090115 - DWG & Associates, Inc.; C1274090113 - Maxfour Engineers and Architects; C1274090088 - E-Corp). The purpose work of this project is the upgrade and rehabilitation of the Park maintenance shop, and storage buildings. The work consists primarily of upgrades to the electrical systems, HVAC, windows, doorways, roof, exterior walls and finishes. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 million. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
