- This is a solicitation notice for potential contractors to provide home hospice services for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, San Antonio, Texas catchment area. Intent is to award a fixed price-multiple award, indefinite quantity contract with one (1) base year plus four (4) option years to contractors in the following Texas counties:Aransas, Atascosa, Bandera, Bee, Bell, Bexar, Blanco, Brooks, Caldwell, Calhoun, Cameron, Comal, Concho, De Witt, Dimmit, Duval, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Goliad, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hayes, Hidalgo, Jackson, Jim Hogg, Jim Wells, Karnes, Kendall, Kenedy, Kerr, Kimble, Kinney, Kleberg, La Salle, Lavaca, Live Oak, McCullough, McMullen, Mason, Matagorda, Medina, Menard, Nueces, Pecos, Real, Refugio, San Patricio, Schleicher, Starr, Sutton, Terrell, Uvalde, Val Verde, Victoria, Webb, Wharton, Willacy, Wilson, Zapata, and Zavala. The NAICS code is 621610 with a business size standard of $13.5M. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/). The solicitation issue date will be on or about April 15, 2010. Further details will be provided on the request for proposal.
