- NASA/Stennis Space Center has a requirement for American Tank and Vessel to provideadditional Test Cell and Diffuser support on the A3 Test Stand in accordance with theirIDIQ contract NNS09AA55B. Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment andsupplies to furnish and install the bypass lines, components with diffuser isolationvalve in the A3 Test Stand. Contractor shall also fabricate, test, ship to the site,handle and install the moveable, fixed, and reducing diffuser sections in accordance withthe American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
