Description
The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to provide cleaning services. The solicitation is W912JV-10-T-2002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by March 30, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. Scope of Work 1.1 The Vendor shall furnish the following service if and when requested by the Contracting Officer during the period of 1 April 2010 through 30 September 2014. 1.2 Scope of work A.The Vendor is responsible for providing cleaning services and repair services for Modular Sleep Systems and other OCIE as needed. B.Vendor will provide emergency contact list to buyer for communication 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. C.Vendor shall provide training to technicians, as necessary, in the proper transfer of custody of service goods in order to maintain full accountability. D.Vendor agrees to train one additional support personnel for continued coverage of vacations, sick leave or other absences. E.Vendor will be responsible for all transportation charges required for all contracted items. F.Vendor is responsible for items damaged during transportation, cleaning, or during repair of goods. Evaluation Factors: Technical and past performance, when combined, are significantly more importance, when compared to price. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. Point of Contact: Nicollette Kennemer.
