- RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consist of clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment to construct the trail widening required at ATV/OHM Gate locations per specifications, maps and drawings. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located in LaCroix District, ATV and Snowmobile Trails for Long, Marion and Moose Lakes off Elephant Lake Road in the Superior National Forest, Cook, MN, St. Louis County. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, and DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-4419-S-10-0603 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as an RFQ and will be available for downloading on or about 4/06/10 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/.
