- The work required by this contract includes, but is not limited to, tree removal; clearing and grubbing; cutting sod; removal of metal bollards, concrete sidewalks, storm and sanitary sewers, water mains, and aggregate bases; milling and salvaging asphalt pavement; removal and relocation of fiber optic and electric power lines; excavation and grading; installation of steel H-pile and sheet pile; construction of colored and textured concrete I and L floodwalls; construction of concrete cutoff walls; masonry work; construction of earthen embankment; construction of gatewells for storm and sanitary sewer lines; installation of precast concrete storm sewers and manholes; fabrication and installation of railroad and vehicular metal closure gates; fabrication of metal closure panels; encasement and sealing of various utilities (fiber optic, water, electric, and sewer); placement of salvaged asphalt base course; placement of aggregate base course; construction of concrete access road, sidewalk, and miscellaneous pavement; fabrication and installation of metal grating, handrails, ladders, and ornamental pedestrian gate; installation of new lighting fixtures; miscellaneous mechanical and electrical work; placement of topsoil; and tree planting, landscaping, and seeding work. Place of Performance Davenport, IA Completion: 510 Calendar after Notice to Proceed The estimated price range of the project is $1,000,000.00 to $500,000,000.00.
