- This is a notice of intent. The National Park Service intends to negotiate a single source procurement for an original oil painting titled 'View of Head Harbour, Wilson's Beach' by Ludwig Bemelman. This painting will complement an existing collection of Eleanor Roosevelt artifacts currently located at the Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic Site, Hyde Park, NY. Additional information may be obtained by submitting a request in writing to Karen Umstot. All questions must be in writing and may be submitted to Gettysburg National Military Park, Administration-Karen Umstot, 1000 Biglerville Road, Gettysburg, PA, 17325 or emailed to karen.umstot@nps.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Requests being sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened.
