- Revised solicitation The purpose of this amendment is to: A. Incorporate a revised solicitation package (Reference attached document, "10RT0101 Solicitation FINAL REVISED"). B. Reduce the requested offeror submittals. C. Reduce the quantity requested of CLIN 0001AB to one (1). D. Delete duplicate paragraph C.2 and as a result, renumber paragraphs in sections C.1 and C.2. E. Reduce submittal requirements (Reference revised Section L) to; [1] Technical proposal addressing sections C.1, C.2.1, and C.2.2 and Appendices A and B. Limited to 3 pages. [2] Past Performance. Limited to 1 page. [3] Completed Schedule B (Pricing). [4] Signed SF1449. F. Revise the evaluation criteria (Reference Section M.1) to state, "The evaluation criteria are listed as follows in descending order of importance. Technical and Past Performance, and when combined, are more important than price". G. Offers may be uploaded in FedBizOpps or emailed to Stephen.nichols@gsa.gov AND susan.brunner@gsa.gov. H. No extension of the submittal deadline is anticipated due to the fact submittals are either reduced or eliminated.
