- RECOVERY: This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about April 8, 2010 to Renovate Building 17 for a Network Print Shop, Project No. 528A6-09-606. Work includes general construction, alterations, additions, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, including stair and elevator addition and necessary removal existing structures and construction and certain other items. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $33.5 M. The cost range is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
