- Conical tube photos 1.0. The procurement of 3,840 capped conical tubes with phosphate buffered saline pH (7.4) delivered to CBRNE Lab. 2.0. REQUIREMENTS 2.1. Deliver capped conical tubes with phosphate buffered saline pH (7.4) (size 10 mL) containing Triton X-100 (Ref: Photo # 1). 2.2. Quantity: 3,840 2.3. Part Number: DFU-P-25 2.4. Each conical tube must have attached label (Ref: Photo # 3) 2.5. Conical tubes must be bulk packaged in a commercially accepted packaging with 450 per box inside. (Ref: Photo # 4) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 1. Evaluation factors are as follows: lowest price technically acceptable. 2. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. 3.
