- This acquisition is for various Electrical Parts. Condulet Tee 1' PVC Coated, (6 each) Union 1' PVC Coated (17 each) Clamp 1' PVC Coated (500 each) Wire #6XHHW Copper. A complete listing of the specifications will be enclosed in the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. The FSC code is 5975 and the NAICS code is 423610. The requiring activity is the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA. This office will no longer issue a hard copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ); therefore, a copy can be obtained from website http://www.neco.navy.mil. The RFQ will be posted on 3/23/10 with closing date of 3/29/10. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
