- RECOVERY- Fillmore Parking Lot-LADFR1410000. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation needed to pave approximately 1,427 square yards of parking area by placing a three inch hot-mix asphalt surface over a six inch prepared aggregate base. Project also includes crack sealing and slurry seal coating the entire 6,280 square yard paved parking lot. Project is located in Millard County, UT at the Fillmore Field Office, 35 E 500 N Fillmore, UT. No site visit scheduled. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $33.5M. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 90 calendar days, estimated to begin August 01, 2010. This procurement shall be set aside for Total Small Business. Competition limited to eligible Small Business concerns. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
