- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR RACKMOUNTED COMPUTERS FOR WEATHER SUBSYSTEM WORKSTATIONS. Companies shall acknowledge allamendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subjectsynopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to include government inspection per FAR 52.246-2Inspection of SuppliesFixed-Price.GOVERNMENT ACCEPTANCE Government acceptance is deemed to occur constructively on the 14th day after theContractor delivers the supplies or performs the services in accordance with the termsand conditions of the contract, unless there is a disagreement over quantity, quality, orContractor compliance with a contract provision.The due date for receipt of offers is extended to March 25, 2010.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on [ENTER DATE]. Documents related to thisprocurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web(WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
