- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This is a special notification that this project/contract is set aside to a socioeconomically disadvantaged firm under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) Program. It has been awarded to Midland Mechanical Inc., dba Stevens Brothers Mechanical, 240 Moore Ln., Billings MT. 59104. Upgrade controls to include Graphics & Optimum start/stop packages, replace snow melt controls, install occupancy sensors, tie the building lighting into the building management system, replace existing incandecent lamps with LED, exterior Lighting retrofit, include architechtural and engineering services required to replace chillers and boiler burners.
