Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR AWARDED THE IDIQ CONTRACT. The Directorate of Contracting intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract, Contract Number W91248-08-D-0001 with Rogers Group, Inc, Hopkinsville, KY 42241. The requirement is for the contractor to mill existing surface to a depth of two inches as outlined in the drawings of the warm-up area adjacent to Taxiway A. Contractor shall place the following section: Apply tack coat, Place and compact a two inch thick asphalt surface course. Area is approximately fifteen thousand eight hundred six square yards for the two inch thick layer. Contractor shall ensure that transitions from concrete to asphalt are level. Contractor shall apply shoulder striping and taxiway center striping to match and coincide with existing markings. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
