- Solicitation document for Archaeological Survey IDIQ for Ouachita National Forest in Arkansas and Oklahoma Solicitation AG-447U-S-10-0022CG is for performing Archaeological Survey Services on the Ouachita National Forest, including Crossett Experimental Forest, in Arkansas and Oklahoma. The solicitation is a Performance Based Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity service contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct the tasks in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of the solicitation. This solicitation and the resultant contract is a performance based, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with one base year and four option years, that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. More than one contract is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this solicitation. No pre-proposal meeting will held for this project. Service Contract Act wage rates apply to this project. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns, in accordance with FAR 19.502. The NAICS code for this project is 541990. Over the five-year period of this contract, the Government anticipates ordering a minimum of $25,000 and a maximum of $1,000,000 of work under this contract. The anticipated solicitation issuance date for this project is March 20, 2010. The anticipated due date for offers is April 20, 2010. These dates are subject to change. The dates will be confirmed in the solicitation package and/or any amendment issued to the solicitation. The solicitation can be downloaded at no cost at www.fbo.gov. NOTE: To be acceptable, an offer MUST contain both a technical proposal and a business proposal (pricing), as explained in the solicitation. All offerors who submit a proposal for this project must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, and must have completed Representations and Certifications (ORCA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-8. Offerors who fail to register in CCR and/or complete ORCA will not be considered for award.
