- NAVAIR NAWCAD Lakehurst intends to establish a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement with AAI Corporation for the procurement of repair and maintenance support for the Image Electronic Consoles Model 9840 in support of the EA-6B aircraft for a three (3) year period. AAI Corporation owns the rights to the diagrams, schematics, drawings and signal flow charts that are necessary to troubleshoot and repair this complex electronic item. The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Section 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
