- RECOVERY - This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the contractor AWARDED Contract No. GS-08P-06-JF-C-3025. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE or TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division has issued Modification PS19 to direct the contractor to design the First Street Storm Water Upgrades and to reimburse the contractor for training in support of ePM implementation in response to changed conditions in the contract for construction of infrastructure improvements on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. The infrastructure improvements include sewer system rehabilitation and replacement, storm drainage and electrical system improvements within the boundaries of the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. This modification is valued at $70,174.00. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act.
