Description
The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) intends to procure Evaporative Coolers under Far 13.5 test program procedures. The solicitation will include one (1) NSN- 4120-01-393-3717. This solicitation will be for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), including a two (2)-year base term and three (3) one (1)-year options The Government anticipates award of a Fixed Price with EPA contract as a result of this solicitation. Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 320 each for the base year(s) and each option year. Required delivery schedule will be 30 days after date of order. This acquisition will be subject to a Small Business set-aside. Offers will be evaluated on the lowest offered price which meets Technically Acceptability. Technical acceptability will be determined by whether a vendor offers a product that meets the specifications requirements and whether the vender can meet all the terms and conditions of the solicitation without exception. Proposals are invited only on a F.O.B. Destination basis. All deliveries are to be FOB-Destination/ DLA direct. Subsequent to the solicitation closing date the Government may conduct a Reverse Auction (RA) with offerors considered in the competitive range. The Government intends to make award without discussions. Offerors are encouraged to submit their best offer in responding to this solicitation. The Government does reserve the right to conduct discussions, if necessary. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER March 30, 2010. Copies of the RFP/solicitation can be obtained AFTER posting by accessing: http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFP/IFBs" from the top menu bar.
