Work shall include earthwork, cast-in-place concrete stem wall foundation, ground-coupled heat pump for heating and cooling, septic system with 1,500 gallon septic tanks, connection of electric, water and telephone utilities to the residence with concrete driveway, concrete side walk ramp, garage, and the rehabilitation of the shop building according to the specifications and drawings.
