- Description
- The US Army Aviation and Missile Command has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for the acquisition of continuous periodic preventative maintenance and 24/7 repair services of specialized and unique non-commercial outdoor elevator laboratory platforms used on a research and development (R&D) Government test facility located in northern Alabama. This requirement is anticipated to be procured on a sole source basis from Skyline Elevator, Incorporated, Groveland, FL, 34736-9281. Monthly maintenance service will be required for maintaining custom developed platforms in good working order and expedient 24/7 repair approaches for operational failures due to exposure to the elements and impacts of critical testing on Government GFE in accordance with Scope of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide all supplies necessary. The period of performance is a base year of 12 months with two (2) possible 12 month options. The SOW can be obtained upon request from POC listed below, Ruth Woodham. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. All responses must be received by No Later Than (NLT) noon (CST), on 7 April 2010. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
