- NSN: 6150-01-144-0103, Cable Assembly, Power. Pre-solicitation notice issued to establish a Firm Fix Price contract with 100% option. This solicitation is unrestricted. Flight safety critical applies. There is no surge requirement for this procurement.Item is not commercial off the shelf. Source control applies. Configuration Control Applies. Approved sources I/A/W DWG NR 99207 6044T83, Amend NR AA DTD 03 AUG 14. Exception: Inspection Test per Source Control Drawing Note 1; G. E. Specification M50TF2238 Issue No. S4 date Dec 20, 2004 (In DMS) Para. 4.3.3 to include para. 4.3.3.1 thru 4.3.3.2.6. The total contract quantity is 136 each and the total option quantity is also 136. This item is use on the C-130 Hercules aircraft. There is a First Article Test (FAT) 9907, requirement for this solicitation. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery of production units is 68 days ARO or best available. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin will be required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The anticipated solicitation issue date is April 9, 2010 and the anticipated closing date is May 10, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:// www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
