Delivery: *14 Weeks, 20.00 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Synopsis: Solicitation FA8539-10-Q-23120. The anticipated issue date will be 23 March 2010 with an anticipated response date of 23 April 2010. This requirement is for the repair of access covers for the ALQ-131 system. Repair will be for 20 EA of NSN 5935-01-546-2041RY, P/N LMPW-15. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, COMTECH SYSTEM INC, Orlando, FL. (Cage 24854), under Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)., "Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" applies. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received no later than 22 April 2010.
