- THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO MARCH 31, 2010. THE CLOSING DATE IS APRIL 30, 2010. LTC PROJECT RA10060004, 1615-01-131-2673, CAM ASSEMBLY, DROOP STOP. Manufacture IAW Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286 Dwg 70105-08151 Revision G dtd 26jan00 and AMCOM, CAGE 81996, Procurement package 70105-08151 Revision F dtd 16nov06. Bidset information is available on the Internet via cFolders. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 2006 each for the base period and option periods. 120 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. 100% Small business set-aside. Item is of critical application. Air Force CSI item. Configuration control applies. Export Control applies. First Article Contractor testing required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
