- 'RECOVERY' This notice is for informational purposes only under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service, intends to issue a Task Order HSHQC5-10-J-00020 under contract HSCEC5-09-A-00006 to Security Consultants Group located at 102 Mitchell Road, Suite 100 Oak Ridge, TN 37830-7918. The Task Order will be for armed guard services in accordance with the contract's Armed Guard Services (IL) line item. The Task Order is being in funded in total with $36,470.00 the Recovery Act. These guards will be procured to stand post at Everett M. Dirksen 219 S. Dearborn Chicago, IL 60601
