- This is modification 05 to combined synopsis/solicitation W9128A-10-T-0009 initially issued on 3 March 2010. Note that modification 03 does not exist due to an administrative error. This modification 05 issues the attached revised Scope of Work dated 23 March 2010; Extends the offer due date/time to 26 March 2010, 2:00 p.m. Hawaiian Standard Time; AND Replaces Request for Information and Government Response issued on modification 02 as follows: Question 1: Reference Scope of Work, paragraph 3(a). What type of license is required for the generator Electrical/Mechanical Technician to meet this qualification and will training certifications from generator manufacturers be acceptable since these are stand alone units? Response 1: The license requirement is a valid license or certificate issued by any State within the United States; OR certification such as a current certification with Electrical Generating Systems Association as a Certified Electrical Generator Systems Technician. Question 2: What times and days will the generators be available to be serviced during the 21 day performance period? Response 2: 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Question 3: Are the repairs to the highlighted Generators in Appendix 3 to be included in line item 0001 or would they be covered in line item 0002? Response 3: Appendix 3 is provided for information purposes only. Please refer to Scope of Work paragraph 4(c). Question 4: Access to the FEMA Facility only allows 8.5 hours per day during normal work days. Will you allow more access time and work days? Response 4: The Offeror shall propose enough effort to complete the service within the performance period. The attached revised Scope of Work dated 23 March 2010, changes the performance period to twenty-eight (28) days from the date of award. Question 5: The Performance Period of 21 days from Award date does not allow for ramp up and preparation time. Will there be preparation time before the award date? Response 5: No preparation time is provided before award. Preparation time shall be included within the performance period.
