- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-09-G-0005 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, Owego (LMSI-O) for software work products and engineering services to support standup capabilities for the E-2D and/or Presidential Helicopter Programs Automated Logistics Environment (ALE) platform. LMSI-O shall support tasks that include ALE Architecture definition and analysis, the development, integration, testing, and fielding of IETM Work Order Processing, integration to identified ALE components (including, but not limited to CAMEO Ground Station solution, OOMA, NAVAIR Standard IETM (NSIV), NATEC services, etc.), Portable Electronic Maintenance Aid (PEMA) configuration management, software maintenance, and general engineering services to support the ALE Collaboration Steering group. Only LMSI-O has the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical data required to successfully provide software work products and engineering services to facilitate the standup of the current E-2D and/or Presidential Helicopter Programs’ ALE and to meet the Navy's operational requirements.
