Description
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-36. This requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 541370 Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Services. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 339991 is $4.5M. This requirement is set aside for small business. The Lower Colorado Regional Office, Lower Colorado Region, Bureau of Reclamation, Department of the Interior, located in Boulder City, NV, has a requirement for an electrical leak location survey at the Drop 2 Storage Reservoir Project near El Centro, CA. Work Location: Approximately 30 miles east of El Centro, CA, and approximately 25 miles west of Yuma, AZ, on the north side of Interstate 8 near Exit 146, Brock Research Center Road. Delivery Point: Lower Colorado Regional OfficePO Box 61470Boulder City, NV 89006-1470 The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - Offerors shall include in their offer a completed copy of the provision 52.212-03 or indicate completion of the applicable Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Offerors may complete the annual representations and certifications online at www.orca.bpn.gov. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. FAR clause 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work. Determination of award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable responsive quote from a responsible offeror. In other words, contract award will go to the Contractor which quotes the lowest price while meeting all of the lowest price technically acceptable criteria. Responsible offerors are requested to submit a quote for this requirement. Offers may be submitted electronically through FedBizOpps, via email to dkent@usbr.gov, or by fax to 702.293.8499.
