- The U. S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Horizon Industries Limited, 501 Church Street NE, STE 104, Vienna, VA 22180-4734. The award will be made sold source to small business Horizon Industries Limited, CAGE Code: 1UH05. Requirement is for administration of and support to the technologies and facilities of CCRXXI classrooms located at the APG Ordnance School. The Ordnance School is scheduled to be BRACed to Fort Lee, VA. A continuation of these services is needed to during the Ordnance Schools transition to Ft. Lee. Horizon Industries Limited is the incumbent contractor and possesses the requisite technical personnel, knowledge and experience to perform the duties within the required timeframe. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611430 and the size standard is $7.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later that 4:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, March 25, 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
