- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Ferguson Williams, LLC; Contract Number W912EE-05-C-0018 Contract Number W912EE-05-C-0018 is for the Operation, Maintenance, and Repair of Flood Control Facilities and Features at Arkabutla, Sardis, Enid, and Grenada Lakes in the State of Mississippi. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District intends to issue a modification to Contract Number W912EE-05-C-0018 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds for the following Natural Resource Management requirements at Enid Lake in the State of Mississippi: (1) interior painting and installation of floor coverings in building numbers 655 and 503; (2) supply materials, labor, tools and equipment for one 40' x 100 gabled roof pre-engineered steel building addition, repairs to existing maintenance shop building number 563, the relocation of the automotive wash station, and the removal of the existing paint/ pump storage shed; (3) furnish and install one single slope shelter at Riverview Recreation Area; (4) furnish and install one 40'x 60'x 16' High Side, single slope, pre-engineered steel building addition with three 20' bays at building number 657; and (5) replace existing picnic tables in group picnic shelters with perforated metal tables. This is not a request for proposal or quotation. A solicitation will not be issued for this requirement.
