- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, NC, has a need for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Convalescent Ambulance Services at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC, 27705. Services are needed for a period of 1 year. This requirement is unrestricted. The procurement will be conducted utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
