- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires seven (7) totes of Hycrete W500 (each tote contains 275 gallons of admixture). The completion date will be no later than two (2) weeks after award. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order to Hycrete Inc under Simplified Acquisition Procedures due to their patent. Request for W9132T-10-T-0043 will be issued on or about 8 April 2010 with a closing date on or about 13 April 2010. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC Contracting Office, Champaign Branch, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005. Requests may also be submitted via facsimile at (217) 373-6773 or e-mail to d-biggs@cecer.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Prospective offerors shall submit the company name, address, phone number, FAX number, point of contact and email address with the request for solicitation.
