- ***RECOVERY*** ***** THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY ***** ***** PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE ***** The USDA - Forest Service intends to award a Firm Fixed price Contract for the following project: Project Location: Botetourt, Bedford, Rockbridge, VA The project is located between Buchanan, VA and Roanoke, VA Project/Work Description: Glenwood Horse Trail - Project for mainenance of 88 miles of the Glenwood Horse Trail and trailhead parking lot improvement. Work shall include trail restoration, brushing, logging out, dip and waterbar construction and maintenance, swithcbacks, culverts ditching, obliteration, earthen barriers, trash removal, seeding, aggregate, blazing, tree removal, stream fords, retaining walls and signs. The solicitation for this project will be forthcoming. Please check back in the next few weeks for its release and all applicable requirements and related information. *********************************************************************** NO INFORMATION WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THIS TIME. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ON THIS PROJECT UNTIL THE SOLICITATION HAS BEEN RELEASED.
