- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Ferguson Williams, LLC; Contract Number W912EE-05-C-0018 Contract Number W912EE-05-C-0018 is for the Operation, Maintenance, and Repair of Flood Control Facilities and Features at Arkabutla, Sardis, Enid, and Grenada Lakes in the State of Mississippi. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District intends to issue a modification to Contract Number W912EE-05-C-0018 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds for the following Natural Resource Management requirements at Sardis Lake in the State of Mississippi: (1) Furnish and deliver clay gravel, gravel roadways, and fence the parking lot at the Bunch Tract area, (2) Assemble and place 600 fish shelters at Sardis Lake, (3) Install a security fence and gates at the Waterfowl Refuge Area, (4) Build and install thirteen metal traffic control gates in specified wildlife areas, (5) Waterfowl Impoundment Levee Construction, (6) Build parking areas in specified wildlife areas, (7) Assemble wood duck nesting boxes, (8) Highway 7 Boat Ramp Wetland Mitigation, (9) Furnish all labor and materials necessary to furnish and erect one open air building at the Sardis Waterfowl Refuge Area, and (10) Furnish all labor and materials necessary to build a viewing platform at the Sardis Waterfowl Refuge Area. This is not a request for proposal or quotation. A solicitation will not be issued for this requirement.
