- DESCRIPTION: PR 0024017810, NSN 5962-01-125-0703 – Linear microcircuit. I/A/W Raytheon Drawing 4U884 259173 being procured from approved source(s): Raytheon Company (82577 Part Number 3904825-4 & Raytheon United Kingdom LTD (K5533) Part Number 3904825-4. The requirement is for 94 each, to be delivered to Tracy, CA (W62G2T) and New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U) within 120 days. FOB destination and inspection at destination is required. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of March 31, 2010. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation date. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Raytheon Company (82577 Part Number 3904825-4 & Raytheon United Kingdom LTD (K5533) Part Number 3904825-4. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. This solicitation document contains information that has been designated as “Militarily Critical Technical Data.” Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
