- Solicitation Number: 2010-Q-12029 Notice Type: Competitibe GSA contract schedule holders Synopsis: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROGRAM. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the General Services Administration (GSA) Information Technology Professional Services - NOTE: Schedule under Special Item (SIN) 132-51 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center For Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP), Office on Smoking and Health (OSH), Epidemiology Branch (EB), intends to issue a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) under GSA Schedule under Special Item Number 874-1. The objective of this project is to support the development of a National Quitline Data Warehouse which will provide data for the evaluation of reach and effectiveness of this tobacco cessation intervention. States will collect data from quitline callers. States will provide these data, along with other contextual data (e.g., service provision data) on a quarterly basis to CDC. The purpose of this task order is to obtain services to provide a wide variety of database programming and web development services to enhance OSH's State Tobacco Activities Tracking and Evaluation (STATE) System to support the inclusion and reporting of these data. Period of Performance: Twenty-Four (24) months from date of award.
