- Request for Information RFI Draft Statement of Work RFI Cover letter On behalf of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)'s Federal Housing Administration (FHA), GSA FEDSIM is releasing the attached Statement of Work (SOW) as a part of a RFI to identify world-class mortgage and financial services industry contractors to address the agency's Risk and Fraud initiative. The current market climate and FHA goals demand service providers that possess an intrinsic, proven capability to confront risk and fraud in the subject industries. The FHA is not requesting solutions that are status quo; this effort seeks to transform FHA processes and approaches by aligning activities with state-of-the-art industry best practices.
