- ACTUATOR, ELECTRO-MECHANICAL. NOTE: THE CITED DRAWING IS A SOURCE CONTROLLED DRAWING AND AS OF THE DATE OF THIS SOLICITATION ONLY THE SOURCE(S) CITED ON THE DRAWING HAVE BEEN APPROVED. EVEN THOUGH SOURCES AND APPROVED PART NUMBERS ARE PROVIDED, THE ITEMS FURNISHED MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITED DRAWING. OFFERORS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN QUALIFYING THEIR PRODUCT FOR PURPOSE OF FUTURE ACQUISITION MUST CONTACT THE COGNIZANT DESIGN ACTIVITY SPECIFIED ON THE SOURCE CONTROLLED DRAWING. ALSO, MAY INCLUDE ADDITIONAL APPROVED SOURCES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REFLECTED ON THE DRAWING AT THIS TIME. CLASS I OZONE DEPLETING CHEMICALS ARE NOT TO BE USED NOR INCORPORATED IN ANY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT.THIS PROHIBITION SUPERSEDES ALL SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BUT DOES NOT ALLEVIATE ANY PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS. SUBSTITUTE CHEMICALS MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL UNLESS THEY ARE AUTHORIZED BY THE SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. IF AQLS ARE LISTED IN THE SPECIFICATION(S) OR DRAWING(S) THEY MAY BE USED TO ESTABLISH THE AUTHORIZED SAMPLE SIZE,HOWEVER,THE ACCEPTANCE NUMBER FOR THIS CONTRACT IS ZERO;I.E.,THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES A SAMPLING PLAN THAT ACCEPTS ON ZERO DEFECTS AND REJECTS ON ONE OR MORE DEFECT(S). CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM WOODWARD GOVERNOR COMPANY (31361) P/N DC10202-000-024 I/A/W DRAWING NR 30554 88-21060 BASIC AMEND NR J DTD 01/11/05 TYPE NUMBER Annual Demand Qty Delivery Schedule (days) 2910-01-389-2195 Items will be shipped to various destinations within conus. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a base year and 4 option years is anticipated. Items will be shipped to various destinations within conus. FOB destination is required; inspection/acceptance for each item will be identified in the solicitation. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 5/7/10. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation method is for Unrestricted businesses. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the same issue date on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, surge, and MBA. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Total duration shall not exceed five years. Based on market research the items are manufactured for military use only and are not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for these items. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice.
